Took a long time to ship and deliver but high quality parts. It ended up being a special order, thus the delay time.

Product is good, but I am unhappy that I paid extra money for expedited shipping to get the seat cover here before a trip in my new car, and it missed the deadline. Not-so-quick subaru parts.

Why not invest $400 for genuine parts. No Brainer for me in the future as I keep my beloved 2010 Legacy with factory M/T absolutely love the feel.

Took my money and have not received my floor mats.

It took a week and a half to ship the part with zero communication regarding the delay. I reached out for an update the day after it was supposed to be received (and hadn't yet shipped) and received no response. I was about to give up and order elsewhere when it finally shipped. I would not order from here again.
