Sent wrong part, took forever to get here

My experience with QuickSubaruParts has been outstanding. From finding the part, to the price of the part, to the shipping and receiving was well above my expectations. The communication was excellent and I can't emphasize how great the pricing was compared to the dealership.

It seems like my order got lost in the mail and I still haven't received the part which I was supposed to receive October 6, 2025. I emailed you and you stated that you would file a claim but thought that it wouldn't really make a difference. I appreciate the filing of the claim (which I have also done) but I would expect for your company to send out the same part free of charge to me as I paid you and ultimately it is your responsiblity that I get the part.

Price and delivery cost reasonable. Delivery time, not too bad . A week. It’s hard to interpret tone in an answer to my query, but I felt that I was bothering the agent when asking about delivery time. a little training in customer service might be called for. The worst part was that these packaging for my expensive, mostly plastic clockspring assembly was single boxed with no inner padding. The box was crushed in shipping. Part of the shipping and HANDLING fee should be secure packaging.

Need to get Quick subaru to initiate a refund with FedEx on my overnight. It took almost a week. I tried but can't get the reimbursement. No redone to my email.

The item took way too long to get. Supposed to be cash shipment but it was almost 2 weeks

The box that the parts were shipped in was quite damaged. Parts ok. The bolts I got were too short. Not the correct ones. Had to use the old ones. I have a 2015 forester.
