Shipped with an ice pack but it's place on opposite side of box from product with dividers in between so hard to understand how it can keep it cool in transit. Mine arrived hot. I don't mind investing in quality products but when your site says a product is to last 1 month it shouldn't be almost empty at 2 weeks when we take the recommended daily dosage.
