It’s ok. It seems to help you fall asleep. I bought it for travel and tried it out beforehand but then on our trip to Europe my family and I experienced some mood swings afterwards. We also used it for jet lag and we were drowsy afterwards. I’ll use it again on the way back and see but I’m nervous about it. I did receive the first bottle broken in the mail and the customer service was amazing and quick to respond and get me a new bottle before my trip.

Was very excited about this product. Loved the ingredients theoretically, but in practice it irritated my skin terribly. In fact my face would itch all day. My skin has never reacted so negatively to a topical treatment. I love the other Quicksilver ingestible products.
