Can’t say much since I haven’t been using it long. 50 mg might be too little.

I feel awful when taking this stuff, does that mean it’s working? I have the worst brain fog and after weeks of taking it I can still only handle one capsule or I get so sleepy & forgetful that I can’t take it at work.

I used Thymulin zinc complex recently before and after a surgery during the height of flu season to prevent myself from getting sick- and it worked. I intend to take a course of it at least 2 times a year to keep my immune system optimal. Dr. JoAnne L.

The vitamin C with Elderberry liquid stopped an upper respiratory cold in its tracks. I woke up one morning with congestion in my chest and coughing up stuff. I took the Vitamin C with Elderberry and the cold did not progress. It turned around and disappeared!
