I ordered two 100g bags of ceremonial matcha for a total of 234 AUD, but I never received my order. I contacted the company several times by email — they initially promised a goodwill gesture (a $50 refund out of the 234 AUD total), but to this day I haven’t received any refund or reply. They’ve completely stopped responding to my messages. Very disappointing experience.

Fast shipping and great service

Awesome shipping and packaging! Thanks

Great shipping!

Purematcha are always great to deal with, that’s why I keep coming back. Great quality products and warm service, even down to the packaging…there’s always a touch of care

This is a good basic whisk holder so it is good for a beginner like me.

I've just moved over to Sydney and struggled to find a quality matcha product. Many trendy online sellers had questionable quality, off-green product and culinary grade taste rather than latte worthy matcha. Having worked for one of the largest B2B matcha suppliers in the UAE, dealing directly with farmers, traceability and grading transparency were important to me. Pure Matcha delivers that, plus the owners are hands on in the business which I appreciate. The product arrived bright green and clump free, not easy to do for a product that is sensitive to temperature and oxidises easily. Pure Matcha care about the quality of their supply chain end to end. Highly recommended and happy to say I can keep enjoying my daily matcha latte in Sydney now.

Love it, can’t without drinking matcha in every morning.

Friendly service, safe and fast shipping. Great quality products

Great company, high quality products

I had a great experience with Purematcha! Ordering was easy, delivery was quick, and the quality of the matcha is outstanding—vibrant, smooth, and delicious. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who loves authentic matcha.

Smooth tasting! Very smooth, nutty, and pronounced matcha taste. Pricing is a bit dear though, but a good quality product

The taste and the colour are unbeatable. And the fast shipping is a plus. Love purematcha!
