I ordered two 100g bags of ceremonial matcha for a total of 234 AUD, but I never received my order. I contacted the company several times by email — they initially promised a goodwill gesture (a $50 refund out of the 234 AUD total), but to this day I haven’t received any refund or reply. They’ve completely stopped responding to my messages. Very disappointing experience.
