I ordered two 100g bags of ceremonial matcha for a total of 234 AUD, but I never received my order. I contacted the company several times by email — they initially promised a goodwill gesture (a $50 refund out of the 234 AUD total), but to this day I haven’t received any refund or reply. They’ve completely stopped responding to my messages. Very disappointing experience.

Many trendy online sellers had questionable quality, off-green product and culinary grade taste rather than latte worthy matcha. Pure Matcha delivers that, plus the owners are hands on in the business which I appreciate. The product arrived bright green and clump free, not easy to do for a product that is sensitive to temperature and oxidises easily.
