Item has not been received. Asked about another being sent in time for Christmas yet no response. Now waiting for a full refund. Very poor response time!

Very disappointed with bracelets purchased and not worth the amount I had to pay when cost of shipping was added. We won’t be ordering again thank you.

I ordered a ring for my daughters 16th birthday and it took over a month to arrive! When I contacted customer support I was assured it had been dispatched but when sent the tracking refenerce it was clear to see it hadn’t yet been collected from the warehouse by the couriers. After many many messages, complaints, time and frustration eventually the item was sent and arrived a month after it was ordered- weeks after my daughters birthday. Terrible first experience shopping with this business and will not be using it again.

Please don't be mislead by their advertisement above that says order by Dec. 9 for Christmas shipping. You may never get your order and when it's out of stock, you may never your refund.

Lovely item destroyed in post by poor packaging - customer ‘service’ equally poor, item was supposed to be replaced - I am still waiting over 2 weeks now. I wont be ordering anything else from this site!

I ordered a mood ring and also a surprise ring for myself and my friend. The order itself was almost €60 with shipping and taxes included. Delivery was super quick but I was left disappointed with the products as they’re very cheap and flimsy and also turned my finger GREEN after only a few wears. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering from here again

I love Pura Vida, the items are long lasting, never tarnish, everyday wear must haves. I wear bracelets every single day, and alternate 2 anklets as well as rings and toe rings.. I have respect for the team, they are responsive to questions and queries and are quick to resolve any issues of which I have only had one and it was relating to the carrier for delivery. I have been a customer of Pura Vida for over 2 years and I keep coming back for more.... the charity bracelets mean souch to me and I think they are excellent. Thank you Pura Vida
