Recently bought a few new rings from pura vida I made sure I read the full description this time and only choose the sterling silver rings. They are great . The non sterling silver rings in my last order went green and bronze in colour very quick.. I didn't realize they were plated because I didn't search into the full description of the ring. So I would recommend the sterling silver rings by Pura vida

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Do not shop with them. I have been trying to get there assistance to track down my order for weeks and all they do is send me a link to the tracking service. I have contacted the delivery service and they have advised that Pura Vida need to contact them to raise an investigation and they refuse to do this. They are unhelpful and lack compassion or care for their customers. They couldn't even tell me the date my order was shipped and have done nothing to help.

All of my bracelets have held up and so have earrings and rings! My newest order was packed and shipped within 2 hours!

Very upsetting. I have waited over 3 weeks for the order to be delivered (the tracking option has never worked) and then emailed a couple of times to ask for delivery info. No one has responded; calls ‘can’t' be answered and there is no live chat function availaible on the website. I have spent a lot of money and have nothing to show for it. I am so upset.

The tax at the end was unexpected, when paying in pounds you expect it to be added in, the postage took a really long time with no tracking number available the entire time. The jewellery itself is beautiful

I have ordered a ring, bracelets and clothing now from Pura Vida and all have been amazing quality. I love them so much.

This Christmas I made a total of $200 in purchases from Pura Vida for bracelets to distribute to teachers, paras, kids' therapists, kids' stockings, etc. I placed the order on December 7 and paid $26 extra for their "2-day" shipping option. I needed the bracelets in 9 days and figured that was plenty of wiggle room. Tomorrow is Day 9, and they haven't each shipped them. The "2-day" shipping is, as it turns out, a hoax. They don't have a phone line, so you can't talk to a human. When I emailed their customer service, I received a deliriously happy, vague, ridiculous non-responsive pre-canned response to the tune of Hey! Life is great! We'll let you know when we've processed your order! Blah Blah. What they should be doing is offering to refund the $26 at the very least and to somehow make this right. I am so mad ... by far the crappiest online ordering event I've encountered this holiday.

I was so excited to order this bracelet, I had been eyeing it for weeks. however when I finally got it I was left with extreame disappointment. the first thing wrong was that the word empathy is super small, way smaller then the picture. also it bends very easily and the product its self just feels like it can snap and brake any second. and I hate the way you have to adjust the size. it ends up getting tangled every time i put it on and take it off its super annoying and frustrating. it takes like 5 mins just to get it off my wrist. I know its not going to last me long at all.
