i had purchased one of the rose gold nesting rings and had been careful not to wear it swimming or showering or sleeping and within a week of barley wearing it all the rose gold color came off and it is now silver and faded in color

Received these bracelets quickly and was so happy with them. Really original with the little sloth charm attached, well made and beautifully packaged. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I got my first bracelet around 2 months ago and about 2 weeks ago it started fraying and coming apart. I ordered new ones last week and they haven’t came but we got a notice in our mail box that said that we have to pay for more shipping even though I already paid $4.

I ordered a couple of presents as a gift and the recipient loved them. She loved the whole ethos behind the brand. Great cause, great service and great products.

the idea of the company is cute but they had some troubles with the shipping and when i finally got the order (most of it) after a long time the bracelets lost its color and turned black after 1 week so idk if its worth the money..

This site has really gorgeous styles, something for everyone and a lot of temptation. I love the stickers that come with every order. The only thing that puts me off is how high the cost goes when the shipping and taxes are added - makes it unfeasible for some purchases.

The jewelry is so cute and really shiny. The earrings are much lighter, than they look. Love it

I asked for a return shipping label to be emailed to me as the form online didn’t work, and it’s been a week and I still haven’t hear anything after the guy said he would email back with any updates. Not happy with customer support but the bracelets are good

I placed an order in December, I have still not received my order. I have sent emails requesting information with no reply, resorting to messaging on the Facebook page, I receive an update after this post and am assured my order will be with me very soon…no order! So I email again, after a few days I receive a response saying they will ship me another order and asked for delivery details again, I emailed back 3 days ago with concerns as this was a gift for a 16th birthday which has since been and gone, and I am still none the wiser on when or if I will ever receive my order, safe to say I will never bother wasting my time or money with Pura Vida again.

I never received the order that I placed, even though I had paid for it. I sent several enquiry emails but these were all ignored. A complete waste of money and time

DO NOT BUY from this company. They ignore repeated communication from customers. I recevied the wrong product in an order (a t-shirt instead of a necklace) - and when I asked them to send the correct product, I have had no response from them after repeated attempts. Buying from this company is the same as throwing your money away.

I purchased the fishtail bracelet for my daughter and it was super cute, but snapped immediately, on the first wear. I emailed Pura Vida about it and they did not respond. Don't buy this one, others have held up much better.
