I forgot to change the shipping address when I ordered a new filter . I sent a quick message and they said they got it in time to change the address but it went to the wrong place. I contacted them and they sent out another one to the right address. Great customer service!!!

I purchased this purifier because it is made in the USA by veterans, I don't trust the chemicals in products made in China. Also in the future it will be hard to buy replacement filters for purifiers made in other countries. This purifier does a great job and I am very happy with it.
