This company is super easy to work with. One of my products was delivered damaged even though it was well packaged and delivered promptly. The shipping people most likely caused the damage by putting something heavy on top of it. However, after contacting the company by email, I received an email back within a few hours and was told a new item would be shipped to replace the damaged one. Excellent service. And the product itself works very well. I have a larger size of their air filter that I bought several years ago and it is still working as if new. Have had no issues with their products and would recommend them to anyone.

These are the only products that don't aggravate my MCAS. Definitely recommend if you're super sensitive to chemicals like I am! Worth every penny :) Amazing customer service too. Love the little thank you note they always write on my box as well.
