I like the fresh but not overpowering scent and the concentrated formula which keeps the bottle size small with less plastic use and waste. I also appreciate that I can buy refills to reduce waste even further.

Have loved this item and have used it for past three years. However there is a quality issue with the most recent shipment received a week or so ago. The dishwashing liquid is noticeably thinner and I must muse more of it with each item that is being washed. Please don’t ruin a good thing by reducing its effectiveness and the reason we use it. Would rather pay a little more and get what I am paying for. Thank you.

You need to use a different carrier in getting product to your clients. It took almost a month to get my recent order. You'll lose customers over this.
