How the company does is based upon customer service, my rating is based on that and would actually be lower since customer service is extinct. The product is a good product and shipping good. If I can never talk to a live person anywhere this may be my last purchase no matter the quality of product.

I’ve ordered this so many time but the quality has changed over time and gotten more and more liquidy. Will be using a different gel hand soap going forward.

The service and the customer support was wonderful. Being a mom of 2 active babies can be very messy and I was very hopeful of the product but it did not work, AT ALL. The stain stayed the same. Tried on multiple occasions, fabrics and stains. I got a big bottle with refill so I don't know what I am going to do with it.
