How the company does is based upon customer service, my rating is based on that and would actually be lower since customer service is extinct. The product is a good product and shipping good. If I can never talk to a live person anywhere this may be my last purchase no matter the quality of product.

The service and the customer support was wonderful. Being a mom of 2 active babies can be very messy and I was very hopeful of the product but it did not work, AT ALL. The stain stayed the same. Tried on multiple occasions, fabrics and stains. I got a big bottle with refill so I don't know what I am going to do with it.
