I reached out to Puracy because a spray bottle was sent instead of the hand wash can and they after getting proof immediately rectified it. The hand wash can along with another tote bag is on the way. Great customer service!

I usually like this company. I use the laundry detergent and dish soap. However, I don’t like the yuzu scent- it’s too much floral and not enough citrus. I wish a smaller pack was available so I didn’t have 3 bottles of a scent I don’t like. Also, my first package was marked as damaged and was returned to sender. I had no idea, just messaged since my package hadn’t arrived. I wonder if they would have reshipped it if I hadn’t reached out to ask about it…

I have used your laundry detergent for a couple of years now and I am very satisfied with it. It cleanse extremely well and leaves nothing behind to irritate sensitive skin. I would recommend it to everyone looking for a detergent that works great and contains none of the nasty ingredients we all want to avoid.

It's probably the best stain remover product in my experience. I spray items that need stains out and let them sit until at least the next day. Is that a long time? Yes, but if it works, which it does for me and my hard water, then I will continue to spray and let sit for that long.
