Great product, loved it.

I had placed an order and when I received my box I noticed the box was damp and a product was damaged. So due to a refill being damaged in transport to my home, I contacted customer service with my information and photos of the box and damaged refill. Puracy was so quick in their response. They sent me a replacement right away. They have a fantastic customer service department and they respond quickly, plus I will add that this all happened on a weekend. Love the product and the company, when you have a fantastic customer service department you have a customer for a very long time.
