Very good customer service but I was thinking i. pressed with the dishwasher soap. I haven't yet tried the laundry pretreatment stain remover or dry shampoo.

So far, I've had a pretty good experience with Puracy. My only problem I had was, some of my dishwasher pods were broken open during shipping. I think they should be shipped in some kind of hard case in a box to prevent damaging the pods during shipping. Other than that, they are great!!
