Unfortunately still waiting for it. Ordered a month ago. Great product but shipping and service have not been great. Took emailing the CEO every day last week to finally get a response after multiple failed attempts. They did refund express shipping I had paid for. Hopefully I receive the product.

I was happy with the product, but not satisfied with their customer service. For example, nowhere on their website did it say that I would be subject to customs charges. I was very disappointed, therefore to have to pay an additional $20 or so to receive the product. Tried to resolve it with the company, but they are incredibly slow at contacting you back.

Still haven't received my case (3 weeks and counting) they ship DHL which doesnt provide tracking updates. Their customer service said it can take 3-6 weeks for a case to arrive so I assume I can't even get a refund until after thec6 werk mark. Wouldn't recommend ordering from here.

Your customer service interface works well enough. I didn’t get the colour of product that I purchased though so must withhold judgement on my experience until I get the product that I purchased not a different colour one. Thanks.

I ordered a case 3 weeks ago, the tracking for it has disappeared and ive had no refund, along with this any communication efforts are ignored. This is either a scam or a site that is no longer in use, literally anything is better.

I bought my case from you on the first you guys lost my case in the mail and told me I have to wait a week even though I pre-ordered it already. I have to wait for you guys to restock for you to ship me another case. . and yet I still have got nothing. This is becoming a joke!!

Communication is weak going back and forth

I ordered my case two months ago (Aug 14) and it never arrived. Your customer service team ignored the emails. I'm requesting a full refund. Order CA41916. I think that all the people leaving the reviews in the same situation we should send a communication to the BBB and FTC in US to let them know that this company is a fraud and a scam!
