Missing my item. I send email more the 20 but they said resend my Case but 3 months continuesly i am sending email. No refund, no reship. They are cheater guys don't but buy anything from this website. I spent £40 for this case.

This company was pretty awesome years ago. I think that something has shifted? I ordered a case, received the wrong one, and have not heard anything now from them since the initial asking for order number. Sad to say really the cases typically have been great quality, although if I’m not going to receive what I ordered or have any communications I will have to look elsewhere

Wrong item sent and haven't heard back on my inquiry from earlier this week. Please respond with how I get the correct item or a refund.

Purchased a case, yet to arrive. It’s been nearly 2 months. I’ve emailed asking for update or refund and despite providing order number and photo of purchase including number all I get back is please provide order number and never anything more! Ask me they are a scam and WOULD NOT PURCHASE!

They should tell you when you have to pay import fees before purchasing not find out after!

Item hasn't arrived nor has there been any update on delivery time.

NEVER buy again ! 2 months to get the case. Extra tax of $50 after paying one time. I orders black case and I received red case. . .

Don’t trust this site. Ordered back in 2021 still haven’t received the order.

Unfortunately still waiting for it. Ordered a month ago. Great product but shipping and service have not been great. Took emailing the CEO every day last week to finally get a response after multiple failed attempts. They did refund express shipping I had paid for. Hopefully I receive the product.

I was happy with the product, but not satisfied with their customer service. For example, nowhere on their website did it say that I would be subject to customs charges. I was very disappointed, therefore to have to pay an additional $20 or so to receive the product. Tried to resolve it with the company, but they are incredibly slow at contacting you back.
