Do not go near this company. Order placed november, still waiting on product. After numerous emails back and fore still waiting for my credit. The usual excuses are being used we waiting for stok, then item dispatched with tracking number, which when tracked never moved from USA. Chased again and they cancelled tracking number as they had no stock. I've been more than patient after waiting 2 months for thier stock to arrive at thier depot. Ive asked several times to cancel my order and credit me my money back and they keep answering saying tier are waiting on stock. The last email they sent was an insult, saying that they are sorry im not hapoy with the product and I an return it for credit or exchange. IF ONLY THIS WAS THE SCENARIO. I HAVE NOT HAD IT.

It is hard to review something that has never been delivered. This is ongoing since Nov 2025. While you did offer a discount because of the delay. I still haven’t received what I paid for. I had declined a further discount and asked to just be refunded so I can buy a phone case from someone else. Still awaiting reimbursement!

I ‘purchased’ the iPhone 17 Pro Max Waterproof case back in September 2025 and still have not received it. It’s January 2026. Unacceptable. ‘Customer service’ is either an automated email message back to you, or, if you attempt to call a human being, it is met with a forced redirecting of your call to a voice messaging service. Website is a scam as far as all evidence points. Ordered a case for a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7. It has never arrived and never been shipped according to shipping number given. Lies. Multiple emails sent to support with no response at all. Save your money and time and look elsewhere

Ordered but never received. Card charged but no credit provided. No further contact from vendor other than to purchase another case at a discount.

Ordered a case over 5 weeks ago. Was surprised to see the shipment link was from the USA as I was expecting New Zealand as the website name states. Anyway after a month I rechecked the shipment link and it has disappeared. Tried contacting and had no response. Have reported to authorities who are now investigating.

Why does punkcase have nz website yet they don't disclose that the cases are actually shipped from Brooklyn new York and why so many people never receive there cases if you look at reviews on trust piolit I would never have ordered a case from your website no updates on tracking for over a week not hopeful of actually ever getting the case

Have bought two cases from Punkcase. First one the wrong colour got sent, second one the screen wasn’t sealed to the case. Received zero support from Punkcase to resolve these issues. Seems to be Bot replies to the customer email contact.
