My son loved his first bike from Public, so when it was time to get a larger bike, he wanted the exact same one. We ordered the 20" in blue (green wasn't available) and he looks sharp riding to school! Assembly is easy and the bike is beautiful and rides smoothly.

I am so happy I discovered PUBLIC. Several weeks ago I was at the local farmers' market and saw a woman arriving on a beautiful classic bicycle. So, of course, I had to ask her. When I got home, I immediately went on line and ordered a PUBLIC V1 in ocean blue -- I live i California, how could I not choose this color -- and a rack for the back, a pouch for the front, and, yes, an old-school bell. What made this purchase particularly appealing is that I could have the bicycle shipped to a local bike shop, which I did. When I received the text that my bicycle had arrived, I took the first opportunity to head to the shop, fully expecting to receive a bike in a box. Oh, no, the shop had fully assembled the bicycle, including mounting the rack, attaching the pouch, and adding the bell. A relationship with a bicycle is different than a relationship with other things. Your bicycle is your friend. I have yet to figure out what my bicycle's name is -- he has one, I just have to figure it out. Just like a dog, he has a name and you just need to figure out what it is. I have received countless compliments on my bicycle, from friends and colleagues -- I now commute to work on my bicycle. When I figure out his name, I'll circle bakc and edit this review.

It’s a beautiful bike that rides very smoothly around South Beach. My advice is 100% pay for the assembly. The bike arrived ready to ride and that made it so much easier.

We had a little mishap with our bike which bounced out of the truck and damaged the seat. The staff here were extremely helpful and sent us a new one which looked and fit perfect. Really appreciate the help and I highly recommend anyone considering purchasing a bike to order it from the folks at PUBLIC bike.

Needed new tires (color:Cream) and wanted to keep the same look with my Public bike. My Plano, TX bike repair shop only had black tires and suggested that if I wanted to maintain the original look, I’d have to order the tires myself. I called Public and placed the order, and within one week, had the replacement tires. Very easy, efficient, and most importantly, I was able to maintain the original look of my Public bike. I’ve had it for 11 years (Orange frame), and get so many compliments on the bike color!! Thank you, Public Bike, for providing excellent customer service!! Love my bike!!

I purchased my first Public C7i in 2022 and immediately fell in love. The C7i is a beautiful, high quality, low maintenance bike that carried me many miles. This bike turned me into a bicycle commuter and a lover of long trail rides. I was devastated when it was wrecked in an accident a few months ago and turned to Public's customer service for assistance replacing my bike. Khalil was incredibly kind, helpful, and communicative throughout the process and my new C7i is just as beautiful as my first. It's been a couple weeks and I've put about 100 miles on my R18. I'm quite happy with the purchase! This bike is fun to ride! The Ready to Ride assembly option made it easy to get thw bike ready to go. As I've seen noted in a few other reviews, minor adjustments are needed, but this is frequiently the case for breaking in new bikes. I strongly recommend planning on a trip to your local bike shop for a tune up. Thanks!

Awesome bike! Packed well. I ordered almost ready to ride. The handlebars and pedals were easy to assemble.

My daughter LOVES her new bike! The C7 24” fits her so well! She is 4’ 5 so this bike is a good size and allows her to grow with it too. We bought the seafoam color and it pairs well with the thousand helmet adult size small in the rose gold. The sales rep and customer service were very helpful too when answering all questions and also very accommodating. I am looking forward to purchasing a bike for myself with Public bikes in the future!

It rides so smooth and fast! It does well up hills and is easy to peddle and shift gears. The chrome and design are elegant and sophisticated. It is a classic Dutch city cruiser. It is the most beautiful bike out of all the competition. The components are high quality and much better than other bikes on Amazon. The welds are seamless and its a solid frame ( solid mold) , very well engineered!! Quality through and through!!! My wife LOVES HER BIKE!!

Ordering and delivery went smooth. Easy to put together, rides very well, and looks fantastic! Brooks saddle and bar tape really dappered it up.

We bought it for our daughter and loved it. One recommendation is that the lights that come in the box both front and back could not be put on it. Also make sure to tighten the pedals and so on, because my daughter had a pedal come loose while riding, nothing serious, but to help. The design is a hit.
