I recently purchased a ski vest as a Christmas gift for my son. I was assisted with my purchase by Ashlin & Brendan, who were both excellent to deal with. As time was limited the vest was dispatched from their supplier warehouse to Prowake, who immediately forwarded it to me. Unfortunately the wrong vest had been dispatched, through no fault of Prowake. A quick phone call to Prowake as soon as i realised, and both Brendan & Ashlin were onto it straight away. The new jacket was dispatched to me as soon as they received the incorrect one back 2 days later, arriving in plenty of time for Christmas. I can't speak highly enough of the wonderful customer service i received and will definitely be dealing with Prowake in the future, and my son loves his new vest!!
