Ordered a drink bottle advertised as Frank Green. . . arrived and it definately isn't a Frank Green drink bottle and noticed the Frank Green writing was removed from the title. This is blatant false advertising and I will be contacting Consumer Affairs regarding this.

You advertised a Frank Green water bottle and when my order arrived they were a cheap knock off version. They leak and do not keep water cold for very long as is the case with a legitimate Frank Green water bottle. I have sent an email but have not had a reply will be disputing through PayPal.

Although not a bad drink bottle, it was advertised as Frank Green, and it is not, it’s a replica. I notice that it is no longer advertised as a Frank Green, so at least other people are aware now. Postage was good.

Top quality products and service

A lot of confusion. Ordered two sets of rash pants, wrong color sent out. Requested a return over the phone which seemed easy. Sent back the pants, ordered a new set again the right color. Three days later the exact same (wrong color) pants showed up. Apologetic and polite customer service, another set were meant to be sent straight out in the correct color but still haven’t received them. I’m not going to bother changing the color and stick with what I’ve got.
