Prompt service, product as advertised. Fair price.

I ordered my bindings on the weekend and on Tuesday they arrived in Perth! I had even ordered the wrong size, called them up and changed my order on the Saturday and they still managed to get it to me by Tuesday. I was blown away.

Items arrived 5 days later, despite paying extra for the express post option. I should’ve just gone the free post(express) option. I’m not sure why I paid extra. None of the packages were packed in express post. A bit deceiving, most would expect express post to be 1-3days. I called to check on progress and was assured they would arrive. And even ordered another item on this advice. So I didn’t get any of the products before my trip. If the website hadn’t advertised fast dispatch and shipping I would’ve gone to the shop, knowing it was a short time frame. This was standard post timeframes. I had very disappointed kids. I had completely ran out of time to go to the shops by the time it was obvious the products wouldn’t arrive. Any other shop would’ve provided the same service. The fast post claim is not true. The products were good. However one life jacket has lost its colour and it hasn’t even been worn yet. Can this be exchanged?

Always deliver the goods. I'd go into the shop but live in Melbourne now and get it delivered. Merch is always spot on

Everything went well, fast shipping to Melbourne.

It was delivered quickly but was probably display stock, as it was missing padded ear coverings, and not in original packaging. A bit disappointed with this!

Very easy process to shop online and purchase, great service. The use of StarTrack Express caused delays with delivery.

Before placing my order I rang the store and was greeted with great advice from the attendant who rides Hyperlite gear and she also went out of her way to make sure the Freepress boots were in stock. No issues placing the order and it was delivered a day early. Great job guys I will be coming back to get a new board very soon.

Delivery for all items took around a month - in that time you guys had a 30% off sale which was annoying as I still hadn’t received my items
