Had pretty serious shoulder and biceps tendon repair surgery. Started taking Day 1 and truly believe it has helped me make a quick and strong recovery. Took twice a day. Still taking and on week 9 post.

Overall this is a good product that i use everyday. I could use a little more protein but I'm a little different as I'm on a feeding tube.

I like the orange creme flavor in the convenient 24 packets. I can easily take it to the gym for after my workout to boost my protein. I took 2 packets each day back in 2020 to help me recover from knee surgery. I am happy to say, I am still running well today! Good stuff!
