Company did not respond when contacted about testing for heavy metals in ProTGold. Recent testing of many collagen products has shown presence of heavy metals above safe levels. ProTGold should provide an answer for a “hospital grade” product.

I've been a long time customer (since 2022) at the recommendation of a good friend. I had placed my subscription on hold for a few months (nothing that ProT Gold did), and within a few months I could start to "feel" my joints, and not in a good way. I'm a PT so I'm on my feet a lot, and I use my hands all day. My right knee began to ache (hadn't felt it before), and my chronic thumb/hand aching returned. The only thing that changed was I wasn't putting my daily scoop of ProT Gold in my daily coffee concoction. They ran a special a couple of months ago (that reminded me to get back on it again), and voila. Aches are much alleviated and my knee doesn't bother me (but doesn't get me out of daily stretching though :) Noticed my hair doesn't thin and break as much either. I highly recommend this collagen powder, it does what it says and the company is great.

Took awhile to hear back from them after I experienced a delivery issue; but when I did hear back my issue was resolved quickly and perfectly.

I love this product! Best Protein out there HOWEVER, someone else received my delivery just before Christmas, so I have to this date, 3 weeks later, never received it. I have reached out to ProT via email twice and phone twice with ZERO RESPONSE. Bummed!

Little to sugary for me,might work for others, didnt feel a difference.

The ProT Gold has really improved my daily life. It's given more pain free freedom of movement. I've been a long-term user on account that ProT Gold actually works!

It was sent to the incorrect address. I called, left a voicemail (no way to reach a live person), and text the number given on the voicemail and it took several days before getting a text that they shipped a replacement but the address was never corrected. It was returned to sender AGAIN. I’ve been calling and texting and emailing for several days that I want a refund and no response. At this point, I have no other recourse than to dispute the charge with my bank. Never buying again.

Not sure if it was a coincidence or the Pro T but a bad cut on my index finger that was taking quite a while to heal (just touching hit caused a stinging pain) became much better after a couple a days of twice daily dosage. Now I can even type this with all fingers and no pain. Will keep at it and see what happens, thinking it is worth a try if you have a wound that isn’t healing.
