Had pretty serious shoulder and biceps tendon repair surgery. Started taking Day 1 and truly believe it has helped me make a quick and strong recovery. Took twice a day. Still taking and on week 9 post.

Overall this is a good product that i use everyday. I could use a little more protein but I'm a little different as I'm on a feeding tube.
