Awful company terrible service terrible shipping do not buy anything directly from Pro-Tec if you want one of their products use an outside vendor not the company itself.

You say you’re having shipped issues but I’m buying bike parts out of California with no shipping issues.

Our kids outgrew their helmets. Bought new ones for Christmas. Two helmets, both the same size, are actually not the same size and do not fit our kids. Tried and tried to reach out to your company, tried and tried to return them, and your website does not work and there is not a live person fix the website that does not work. I want to return these helmets.

I received my order right away. The helmet I ordered isn’t going to work out. It took the company a few days to respond to my request email for return. However, it is just weeks before Christmas, so I assume they are slammed.

Customer service is great. I was given a pre-paid label for my first return, but sadly not my seconds, which I understand.

Helmet had small crack around forehead! No response from pro tech or customer service!
