Great customer service, fantastic product.

This company is next to impossible to contact and never has what I need. I have moved on to a different product because of the difficulties I have with pro-tec.

Trying to return a helmet. Filled out the form as requested on website and zero answer. It's been 10 days.

I placed a order in September 4th and today is October 1st and I never received the order I placed or got any emails that it shipped? Not a good experience

Tried to buy direct to support, sent me the wrong size which s happens so no big deal but no one will respond to fix the issue. So after 25 years of riding protec helmets I bought a poc at a local bike shop.

Great price but took a couple weeks to make it out. I reached out after a week of waiting but heard nothing. It miraculously appeared a week after.

Look forward to using my helmets… but… had ordered on Sept 1… and arrived on Sept 13. I live out of the country, and had purchased , to be sent to my brother. For me to get them while I visited the US. Unfortunately, it took 12 days to get there, and process the order. So I will not be able to get my helmets until December when I return to the states. Always enjoy my Pro Tec helmets, but will have to wait several months… To get to use it

Experience was good. My only complaint is it takes your customer service a very long time to respond to emails. I still haven't heard back. Dan

Great product! Shipping took a really long time, and having to use another program/app to track my package was a bit frustrating.

Order took WAY longer than what was stated on the website. Customer service was non responsive. Eventually my pads arrived. Support other companies, pro-tec has gone downhill.

Customer service is MIA. Still no response.

I hardly know where to begin. After a dozen unanswered emails (no telephone number for customer service at all) to the supposed "customer service" I still have not received my helmet which was ordered on September 1, 2023, order #68435, nor have I been given any explanation as to why. As I was leaving on a foiling trip on September 15th and still had no useful information from you, I ordered the exact same helmet from Amazon which arrived two days later. I will NEVER order from you again, will tell all my wind sports buddies the same, and am expecting, though I don't know why, some kind of explanation with a full refund. Can’t find a phone number for the company and I sent an email letting them know that I never received my order. All I got was an email stating the order number and that it’s on its way. Haven’t heard from anyone. Maybe another email will get their attention and I can’t get my money refunded. Bummed because I’d had a helmet from them when I was younger and loved it.

Frustrating. Got a helmet that's unfortunately too loose for my head and will get stuck with it. Nobody responds at my e-mails tentatives. Impossible. Everyday trying and i gave up. No more purchasing again from this company. No respect with the customers. I’ve been using this helmet since 1977, never moe again…
