2 day shipping not honored nor refunded. They didn't even respond to a single email asking if my product had shipped and months later I received my helmet. Do not use these guys. They must be under new management and have fallen off. Read the comments in their Instagram posts, there's a ton of people they've done this to. It's theft to be honest.
Made my order in April and didn't receive it for months. No one contacted me to let me know that the order would be delayed. Numerous emails back and forth to get the same answer of its our shop task not our fault. Will never purchase anything from you again.

The quality of the product is good. Unfortunately I need the next size up due to the shape of my head. I've emailed customer support to request an exchange and have had no response. It has been at least two weeks.
Probably the worst customer service I have ever received. Having an email as the only means of communication is ridiculous. The product itself is great…I would go back and start again on the costumer service side!
From order to shipping took months but I believe my XXL size was backordered or something...
Shipping took forever. As a result I was unable to use the helmet when I needed it.

Hello, The order was delayed for a long time. Once I received the order, I have had an issue with my helmet being assembled incorrectly and it remains unresolved.
Love the color! and the extra snow padding is cozy. Shipping was fast too!
Ordered a large and received a medium. I can't get ahold of anyone and sent multiple emails and no word back.
Worst customer service experience ever. Still haven’t gotten in touch with them after 4 or 5 (I can’t remember) separate “contact us” forms filled out over the last almost 3 weeks. I’ve already sold the helmet they sent and bought a 187 instead.
Absolutely awful customer service or better said lack of customer service I got the wrong size and emailed Protech and got nothing but an automated reply with a return label. There’s no customer service phone number either the worst communication process.
I just wanna return my helmet because it’s too small and unable to get ANY response from the company !!!!!I had made 4 attempts at this point I would suggest on buying direct from them .
