Ordered 2 of these TRUE sticks for my son (1 for birthday, 1 for Christmas a few weeks later). Broke both of them within a week of first use. First one was covered because it was within 30 days of ship date, second was not because it was 2 days past coverage (even though he hadn't used for 3-4 weeks after shipping due to it being a Christmas present). These sticks are TERRIBLE, and I was shocked that ProStock wouldn't honor the replacement for the second stick given the circumstances. That said, I will NEVER buy another TRUE stick again - my son loves the feel of this stick, but they are not durable at all. This last one he broke the blade basically fell off after a kid lifted his stick in a drill, not even hard contact. So frustrating for the price you pay for sticks. . .

Overall, these guys offer a service and products that is unmatched. I recommend that anyone who plays the game (beginner level to junior players). Great quality as well.

Just got it in the mail and all I can say it wow!, the quality is second to none and will happily be ordering again in the future.

I've order sticks from PSH for several years now and have always been happy with the sticks. Recently, I ordered three sticks that had grip shafts. Before shipping, PSH staff realized the grip on the sticks was light and contacted me to ask if I still wanted them. When I said I preferred grip shafts, PSH staff recommended a few other sticks that were comparable (essentially the same stick with a different player name). I selected a different stick and they shipped immediately. I love the sticks; the curve is great and they have the grip! Overall, I'm very satisfied, both with the sticks and the customer service. Rather than shipping sticks that may not have been what I was expecting, the PSH staff went above and beyond to ensure I received what I wanted. Exceptional service and great products. I highly recommend PHS.

I've been a long time customer, but feel the need to say thanks to Shawn O for the extra fast and great service/replies to emails. He's even helped me fix my own mistakes. Thanks PSH and Shawn O! Great equipment, prices and services.

I recently purchased a pair of the warm up jerseys and despite living in the UK, the order arrived very quickly. The jerseys themselves are brilliant quality, and the whole process went smoothly! Would recommend buying from PSH

I order skates on Friday night. They shipped first thing Monday morning and got here on Wednesday. Indiana to Pittsburgh. (Fedex did a great job.) The customer service rep was responsive and very helpful. My kid broke a skate and we needed these in a hurry. They came fast and in the original box. Brand new beautiful skates at half the price if not less than that. I couldn't be happier with this buying experience. We have gotten a few sticks in the past from PSH also and we had the same great service then to. Thanks for getting us back on the ice and making your customers your priority. We won't miss our game tonight because of you!

Was so happy to get these at a great price had I had a broken cowling at the rear blade support just what I needed +new laces at another great price can’t thank PSH

Bought two Markstrom xf pro sticks a little over two months ago. Great price and great selection of pro stock stuff. Would recommend.

I've been buying sticks from PSH for years and they always have great products, prices, and customer service!

i like hockey but i dont like spending money so i buy sticks from here and they are very good and half the price and save me a lot of money and i like prostockhockey very much and recommend it to everyone :)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

I order clubs and skates. Everything is cool! Thanks!!!

I'm very dissatisfied with my purchase. Based on the photos, it appears the accent color is black. When I received the jersey, I come to find the accent is purple. If the jersey description had mentioned that, I never would've purchased. I've contacted PSH about an exchange or return for refund, but my emails have been ignored. I used to recommend PSH regularly. I won't be making that mistake again unless a fair resolution occurs.

Finally got my Nashville Predators Goalie trainings jersey a few days ago! Thanks a lot ProStockHockey for the super fast delivery to Europe. Best shop ever!

You guys are goated (greatest of all time) Nice sticks nice helmets

I loved my hockey sticks that I got and very good service

Been a PSH customer for a few years now, and just wanted to say they have by far and away the best customer service you can find. My wife ordered me a pair of gloves for Xmas and had to call to speak with someone about it, she raved about the service she got. I called about an order I'd placed, and I had forgotten a small something I wanted to add, took care of it no problem. A real live person answers the phone when you call, and quickly, they're personable, knowledgeable, it's fantastic. In the age of getting lost in automated voice systems, it's such a pleasure to speak with real people who take good care of their customers. That's the kind of thing that will keep me coming back, whenever I need something hockey related, this is the first place I check, and it's that amazing service that will keep me coming back. Thanks PSH!

In 2022 I needed to replace my 1990's Oiler Takla pants. Prostock was like the end of season locker room sale I loved in the past. Since then I have updated my mitts, shells, and anything else needed as I play the game we love.

Service has been great and products have been on point. Have reordered a few times now and a whole team came on board with matching sticks.
