I've order sticks from PSH for several years now and have always been happy with the sticks. Recently, I ordered three sticks that had grip shafts. Before shipping, PSH staff realized the grip on the sticks was light and contacted me to ask if I still wanted them. When I said I preferred grip shafts, PSH staff recommended a few other sticks that were comparable (essentially the same stick with a different player name). I selected a different stick and they shipped immediately. I love the sticks; the curve is great and they have the grip! Overall, I'm very satisfied, both with the sticks and the customer service. Rather than shipping sticks that may not have been what I was expecting, the PSH staff went above and beyond to ensure I received what I wanted. Exceptional service and great products. I highly recommend PHS.

I order skates on Friday night. They shipped first thing Monday morning and got here on Wednesday. Indiana to Pittsburgh. (Fedex did a great job.) The customer service rep was responsive and very helpful. My kid broke a skate and we needed these in a hurry. They came fast and in the original box. Brand new beautiful skates at half the price if not less than that. I couldn't be happier with this buying experience. We have gotten a few sticks in the past from PSH also and we had the same great service then to. Thanks for getting us back on the ice and making your customers your priority. I'm very dissatisfied with my purchase. Based on the photos, it appears the accent color is black. When I received the jersey, I come to find the accent is purple. If the jersey description had mentioned that, I never would've purchased. I've contacted PSH about an exchange or return for refund, but my emails have been ignored. I used to recommend PSH regularly. I won't be making that mistake again unless a fair resolution occurs.

My wife ordered me a pair of gloves for Xmas and had to call to speak with someone about it, she raved about the service she got. In 2022 I needed to replace my 1990's Oiler Takla pants. Prostock was like the end of season locker room sale I loved in the past. Since then I have updated my mitts, shells, and anything else needed as I play the game we love.
