I ordered a stick but it was defective. I called customer service, sent some pictures and a new stick was delivered 4 days later. I will keep coming back for my sticks. Great customer service!

I’ve been buys sticks from Pro stock hockey for years. Always quality and great sticks. I got one for Christmas this year and it broke during the warranty period. They totally understood and were able to help me get a new one quickly. I’ll only buy sticks from these guys for as long as I’m still playing.

I just wanted to hop on here and show my gratitude for the customer service provided. I broke my stick within the warranty time frame and Shawn made the process very easy. It took one simple email to get the warranty process underway. Shawn had asked me for some pictures and that was it. The very next email, I had a FEDEX tracking number for my replacement stick. I was worried it would take forever to MAYBE get another stick sent out but Shawn was on top of it right away. Very happy with the service provided. Will continue to purchase my sticks through ProStockHockey. com.

I have been a consistent customer for years; however, my recent experience was discouraging. After discovering a defect in a stick ordered in December (which I unboxed yesterday), my request for assistance was summarily dismissed due to the timeframe. While I understand standard return policies, I admit I expected a gesture of goodwill given my loyalty. The lack of flexibility or attempt to find a solution was a missed opportunity to do the right thing by a long-time patron.

I wanted to write that not only are the products great but the “extra” effort they offer is very impressive. As someone who receives shipments every day, I can attest that the shipping box was extremely sturdy, the products are wrapped in an extra bag, and then to add-in 3 rolls of tape…very much appreciated and shows great customer service. I also like the use of Fed Ex vs any other shipping companies. Thanks again!

Jersey was in excellent condition - did not smell like it’d been in someone’s bag for a year!!! A nice set of white/black/clear tape was provided as well!

I bought a Scott Wedgewood glove advertised as Nashville Predators, when it was in fact his glove from the Dallas Stars skinned in Nashville Predators team colors. I contacted customer service and they never responded

The “pro stock” sticks I purchased from this vendor were clear counterfeits. The grip is completely worn off and the textured blade is clearly fake and fabricated. Unfortunately I am outside of my return date and am now stuck with $400 street hockey sticks.

30 days from the ship date is not 30 days for the consumer, you guys cotrol the shipping so you know when it arrives, please be better

Pro Stock Hockey has always been a great company to work with, so take my review with a grain of salt. Recently purchased a True Catalyst 9x3 stick. There are a couple defects on the stick that were overlooked. When this stick inevitably breaks, I’ll know exactly why. I know True has a reputation for quality control issues, but if I were in the store to look at the stick, I never would have purchased the stick I was sent.

For the most part this company has been great. Responsive, fast turn around and great skates. My only issue came when I was after I ordered 2 pair of skates trying to get sizing correct. I first ordered True Catalyst Pro Mitch Marners. Had them baked and punched, but still a little too narrow. After further research, it appears he has a bit of a narrow foot. I see they have the same skates, but Brayden Points, who appears to have a wider foot based on my research. I ordered those skates, and they showed up fitting the same as the Mitch Marners. I called them about it and their reply was not helpful at all. They are willing to accept the skates back, but at my expense . I really don’t feel like eating return shipping costs until I find a pair that fits right, and received no help in finding a pair that might fit right based on all this info I gave them.

It would be good if shipping worked for everywhere

Spent $226 ON TWO SHERWOOD 95 Flex Stick - PP05 ON 6/20/2025. First one lasted two months before the blade broke. My go too shot is usually a slap shot . The second one first time using i broke the blade in warmups after only 5 shots. Slap shots again. I'm usually a WARRIOR DX or LX user. Those sticks usually last an average of 5 months each playing 4 times a week. Needless to say i'm out $226 and i'll never purchase a Sherwood product ever again. I'll never buy another SHERWOOD product again!

I purchased a pair of SVH skates and they are phenomenal, the absolute best fit I've ever had despite not being molded "for me" I had to look closely at the pictures before deciding on a pair. No bake, two hours my first time wearing them and zero blisters or ache.

Be aware of Prostock. They are completely cheaters.
