I am terribly unhappy with my purchase and i would NEVER recommend this company. Got the Elliptical and missing parts, yes they sent me a ton more parts but not the right ones. I could come close to building a new one with all the wrong parts they sent. My machine still sucks and breaks constantly. The screen only comes on sometimes and now it refuses to connect to wifi. So that means nothing on the screen. The work out videos are gone without the connection. What a complete waste of my money. Hours and hours spent trying to get this $1500 piece to just do what its suppose to do. HORRIBLE

I’ve ordered a stationary bike and a tread mill via the Pro-Form website. The ordering process was very easy. The product descriptions were spot on. I will continue to utilize their on line store to purchase future Pro-Form products.

Was told no one would help me set up due to COVID. Later found out that was a lie. Machine malfunctioned and they tried to get me to fix it myself, which would have voided my warranty. They did not want to pay for repairs.

The greatest present I have ever received is my proform bike. The fitness instructors are amazing. I was a member of a fitness club for decades but I’m seeing better & faster results with the help of iFIT instructors.

We got an elliptical and the pieces didn't fit together like they were supposed to. So I called customer service and told them the pieces that didn't fit correctly and I was sent the wrong pieces so then I asked again for the specific piece I had the correct part number and they wouldn't listen so I received the wrong piece again... so finally after waiting three months... my husband decided to diy and build it together and bending the pieces and lubricating them so they would actually fit together... the thing clunks but it mostly works, no thanks to the customer service people. It was horrible. And they wasted parts by sending the wrong part twice. Listen to your customers we aren't as stupid as you think sometimes.

I have been unable to contact anyone from the Proform tech Support/ warranty dept. They will not answer the phone or return your calls or emails. I now own a $1200 bike that we cannot use. Steer clear of Proform….Buyer beware!!!!

Best investment

My proform studio bike has been amazing helping me rehab a bad ankle, fib, & tib break. I’ve been using my bike for almost two years and enjoy the iFIT trainers and variety of workouts mostly preferring road over studio. Best of all I have a trainer and I can get on my bike whenever it works for me and get a great workout without having to go to the gym or wait for a class time.

Got the Pro9000 treadmill because I like having running stats like incline and speed and easy access to running any day, any time. I have slight knee problems so went with ProForm because their Pro9000 has good shock support, haven't had any problems with my knees at all. Had no problems setting up and using, haven't had a single technical issue, just works every time. The iFit courses are surprisingly excellent - top of the line fitness videos to experience if that's your thing. It's not really my thing - I usually prefer just the stats while focusing on pushing myself, but I've found myself going through full many-week running courses because of how pro they are and the beautiful and intriguing landscapes they bring you through. I've had it for about 2 years now with no problem. Saves so much space being able to fold it away - I don't have much space to keep it in, and it takes up a tiny portion of the room when not in use - super convenient. Hands down best treadmill for the price, literally nothing for me to complain about. I hope to own more ProForm stuff in the future.

Always great service

I never thought I would like to exercise let alone love it. But I have to say that your partnership with ifit and using the large screen on the Proform 9000 treadmill to walk all over the world, in addition to modifying the speed so it works for me, is unbelievable. I tell all my friends how much fun it is, and this combination of a quality piece of equipment and ifit is what makes me exercise every day that I'm home. I couldn't be more satisfied!
