It took forever for tech support to answer the phone, and had to call multiple times, spending almost 7 hours waiting and for so real resolution. The last couple ladies that answered the phone were kind and helpful, but still there was only so much they could do.

Installation was OK, but they didn't do a great job. The arms on the treadmill aren't connected correctly.

Customer service has not been able to solve my problems. Customer service manager never responded to my messages.

The ProForm rep walked me through a couple trouble shooting steps. It was easy to accomplish. I took a video for further diagnostics. It was determined to be a part that was shipped to me and easily installed.

I like to work out with a coach to make sure that my form is right and to push me to the end when I’m about to give up. The coaches are so encouraging and have a lot of good information that they throw at you while you are on your ride.The scenery is beautiful. I love that you can tour so may different places while riding my bike. Thank you proform for having such a good program.

I love the T shirt reward for hitting workout milestones, but why do you only offer mens T shirts? I take a star off for not giving me the option to get a women’s T. Other than that, I LOVE LOVE LOVE IFit.

Helpful and quick.

I am really very pleased with the PRO-FORM program. It has been a great experience of visiting many places around the world with great trainers who are not only knowledgeable in the fitness field but also in the history, people, and culture of the countries visited. I have learned a lot about my body and how to care of it. I give the program a ten plus.

Overall the process of buying my elliptical (and getting maintenance/service) was confusing but eventually sorted out. I financed the equipment and had a hard time figuring out where I was supposed to login for payments. Also, I purchased the 5 year maintenance contract but was still receiving mailings about purchasing it. Then when I needed service, I was sure where to call but eventually managed to sort it out. Not a very user friendly experience but overall happy with my elliptical.
