Customer service doesn’t work as well as the jack
Jack works well however their customer service doesn’t. Had an issue with my order. They ship jack and accessories separate and never received the accessories. After 2 weeks I called to inquire and got no where with their staff. They refunded the accessories and weren’t interested in keeping my business.

Took a long time…supply chain
Took a long time…supply chain issues. Led to believe made in USA, but made in China. Very pricey, but so far appears very high quality.

Still have not received my second pro eagle pump
First package was damaged by the delivery company. Service was easy selection was easy. They sent a second one, but I still have yet to receive that one.

After receiving my jack and accessories I asked I could exchange one of the straps for a longer one. I never got a reply. A reply is the most basic form of customer service. Hopefully that will improve if I have a problem in the future.

Space saver
I will be using my 1,5 ton jacks on my Class 8 #806 and my 7sx # 7130. The compact size fits great behind my BFG's spare tires. Reassuring to know that you have the best when you need it. Very pleased with the size and quality of the product. Thanks everyone.
