Having previously owned the 1. 5T Talon, I needed something with a little more lifting capacity. As a result, I ended up purchasing the Abrams. I was very excited and looked forward to using the Abrams upon its arrival. The jack arrived very well packaged. I was very pleased. However, I was slightly disappointed. After lifting the vehicle and with the handle in the down position, the handle would struggle to rotate in either direction. I think the issue is the U joint at the base of the handle, in the body of the jack, binds up when it’s at a severe angle, such as when the handle is all the way in the down position. I did not have this issue with the Talon nor any other floor jack I have owned. Not sure if this is limited to the Abrams or just a flaw with my particular jack. I’m hoping there’s a way to quickly resolve this issue.

The jack is great. This is my first off road jack it is easier to maneuver compared to the steel wheels. It’s just kind of pricier compared to the Badlands made by Harbour freight just hoping that they are not manufactured by same manufacturer. The packaging was great it took me 1 week waiting until it arrived in my doorstep. I wish that the extension and the handle was included. I also decided on this because it looks like its made durable in the reviews and also in the website. The accessories are made in USA. I hope in the future when i have a problem with it i will have a good product support. Overall I am satisfied.

Had a manufacturing issue but all is good now

Ordered my pro eagle jack mount 2. 0. Recieved a mount without the straps and cover, so they sent me those. Then I did a little research and they had sent me the 1. 0 version which explains why it didn’t come with the straps and cover. So they then sent out the 2. 0 mount that I ordered with the straps and cover. Now I have to go return the wrong mount they sent and extra straps and cover. Took and extra two weeks to get the correct items I ordered! Other than that now I have the correct stuff and it’s good quality! I would have given 5 stars for products but the extra time it took and getting the wrong stuff that’s why I gave the 3 stars!

With the exception of FedEx having my package 40 minutes away and then sending it to Phoenix, making my wait 2 weeks to get the jack, it's great. Excellent customer service sending my warranty jack asap. Quick to respond. Easy warranty process.
