I ordered a number of print items under the guise of "one business day printing" but it took several business days for the items to be completed and then shipped. We did not have the signage and other items in time for our event, unfortunately.

We had a few hiccups with your service in the past specifically with postcard production. We had a pretty big project that needed to be shipped on time, and had I not reached out to your service we would not have known that the requested postcards had not been shipped due to an issue with the file. We did have a positive experience with a step and repeat banner that we ordered and the quality of the print looked great. The quality of the products is great but I just wish there was better communication with large orders.
