I've ordered the same day business cards. The order page asked me for the shipping address and promised the free shipping. But it was never delivered and it turned out that you need to pick it up. I've spent 3 days trying to figure out the solution, and eventually had to request the money back. I get that there are limitations and supporting is not trivial things to get right. But you should be able to control how your own website presents the order and delivery options. Is it is a self pickup - just let me know upfront!

Fast and quality. Slightly difficult to find the shop for pick up but I called and got directions ( turns out I was in front of the building the whole time). I didn't know what door to walk in.

I ordered over the holidays. It was kind of an emergency sign ha ha and they got it done so quickly. I think I placed the order in a Friday and I received it the following Monday or Tuesday. It was exactly how I wanted it really good quality yeah, a perfect experience five stars all the way.

Printing process was easy, pick up easy. . . . quality of the print was OK but the adhesive on the stickers is not very sticky and it comes off the plastic bottles I put them on.

The stickers came out just like I imagined:) Vibrant colors and high quality. Everyone I talked to was kind and communicative, and the turnaround was so quick!

Office was empty and locked 20 minutes before closing on a Friday, with no way to reach the business until Monday. I left two urgent voicemails with the digital receptionist, who works at a call center off- site without the ability to call the on-sit staff. I ended up having to pay a courier to pick up my order Monday–– not worth paying for a rush service if you can't get in touch with the business during their scheduled work hours.
