got me out of a timing pinch - thank you. Only. issue was your site wouldnt actually let me submit two designs so i ended up only getting one kind of sticker. I would have spent more if noty for this issue.

The banner arrived after the event. Printleaf refunded me for the banner and shipping, as they should. The banner was time-sensitive, and can not be used in the future. There was no issue with the quality. What went wrong: 1) my address was incomplete on the fedex package 2) I wasn’t supplied with a tracking number, 3) Printleaf was completely unreachable on a Saturday, even though I spoke with their concierge on the phone, and I reached out by email. So, make sure you have tracking numbers, enough time, and know if things go south on a Saturday, you’re on your own.

Great customer service, quick turnaround, accurate proof

Another printing service had cancelled my order and I urgently needed to get a poster printed the same day. Printleaf offers same-day poster prints if ordered before noon, which I did. Unfortunately, it was not ready for pick-up by the end of the day but only on the next business day, which is their regular production time. I fully understand these things can happen. However, they still made me pay the same-day service, which is about twice as much as the regular price (about $90 more in my case) and only offered me a 10% refund ($19) in form of a store credit, which will expire before I can use it.
