So yesterday 14/06/24, I had to be sedated because I was getting a root canal (this will be crucial information) and a couple of other things done at the dentist. Anyway, once I had come to my senses, I saw 2 notifications saying that both of my Princess Polly orders have been shipped, to me this was a surprise because I had no idea I ordered even one of them never mind two, just to wake up this morning with a notification from aus post saying “your orders have been delivered” that is simply the fastest delivery I have ever had in my life and the quality of clothes is just unreal. Love you guys and how hard you work to keep your customers satisfied (even if they aren’t all there in the head when ordering). May have to get sedated more often since I seem to make pretty good choices when I am, also bought 4 tickets to see dean lewis that I only found out about this morning. These packages were the best surprise to wake up to 🤩

I’ve shopped at Princess Polly for years and it is my top shop for all things, from basics to special events. I’ve never had a problem with delivery or communicating with their service team about restocking items or other enquiries, everything is great quality and so cuteeee!! Only thing I would ask for is to ensure the models size is in the description of each item, it usually is on the website but on the app i’ve found it sometimes isn’t, in saying that i love the app and how easy it is to navigate!
