I wrote to them as i ordered a size 7 thinking the shoes would fit but i needed an 8, within an hour they had already contacted me, helped me process the return, Send me the return label and they had already shipped out the new shoes! incredible. very very happy.

I'm usually a size 8 in everything. This top couldn't even do up it was so small. Other things on this site I have bought in a size 8 also were very tight so just so you know, Size 8 runs small. I will still buy from this site coz I love their stuff but definitely need to go to a 10 for this specific brand
