My shirt was to small for me so I had to return it and it was super easy to make the return and I shipped it back to them within a few hours and my new exchange parcel is already packed!!

These jeans fit perfectly. They're not too wide and fit nicely around hips without being neither too tight or too loose. I bought the wrong size and returning the pair for the right size was incredibly quick and hassle-free.

This dress is the perfect mini dress for summer and the perfect length. Will definitely get a few good wears out of it.

Super cute top. It is a bit tight around the shoulders and loose at the waist if you do have an hourglass body.

I had dresses ordered that I needed in a certain time, the courier updates made me nervous as it said it was going to be 4 days away which is after the event I needed the dress for. I rung Byrony at the headquarters and I honestly couldn’t fault her professionalism and customer service. The team organised that I could pick the dresses up that after noon and made me so relaxed about being able to pick the order up when I was stressed . But ofcourse princess Polly being how incredible they are with the quickest postage I’ve ever encountered it ended up coming before I even had the chance to go in to the headquarters to pick it up. I rung Byrony back and she assured me I can get a refund back on the dresses I was going to pick up at headquarters with no stress or effort on my end.. and as ALWAYS, the items I purchased are perfect. I’ve been a loyal princess Polly customer for years, and I’ll never stop. My absolute favorite store, best customer service, best clothes. Can’t fault you guys, keep up the awesome work.
