Amazing I can tell the difference in my hair if I don’t use it.

I didn’t even have a booking to colour my hair, but Shakira was happy to fit me in. I originally just wanted to get my regrowth done, but I was so over the golden blonde and asked if she could tone it down to more of an ash blonde. Shakira took so much care with what I wanted, and both her and Emily went above and beyond to make it even better than I imagined. I absolutely love how it turned out! Do not buy shampoo in this brand it is old. Had to throw it away. Poor customer service and sadly no refund. I was and have been a loyal customer for 8 years. Not anymore.
