Absolutely horrible experience at Price attack Elizabeth. ❗️❗️❗️ I booked an appointment to get a clip on fringe and ended up leaving with the fringe being a different colour. I got told if I use the sache it would make my fringe lighter and match my hair colour. I used it and it did not work at all. I then called to get help and got told nothing could be done for me only to get a new fringe and colour it which would then make the fringe fade away and frizzy which is not a good option at all. Booked an appointment and accidentally missed at as I got rushed to hospital and got told I can not go back to the place even when I nearly lost my life. I got called a liar and that the hair dresser did not tell me about the fringe going lighter to match my real hair when definitely did! The manager is horrible and said I am not able to do anything to fix the situation when I have every right to get a refund in my situation. I am the customer here and am putting my trust in their hands and got absolutely lied to. I was going to purchase hair products from them luckily I did not! I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR HAIR! the manager is horrible and stingy and not willing to refund my $80 when it was their mistake to not stick to their word and match my hair colour and call me a liar to stick up for their work colleagues. Absolutely terrible service they have no idea what customer service really is. Good luck to anyone that wants to even step foot in there. Karma is real.

I had amazing service by Kirsten, i came with chunky blue streaks in my hair which would be difficult to fix. Kirsten reassured me the whole service with her knowledge and patience to fix my hair. She carefully prevented damage while removing the blue out of my hair to enhance the results. She performed her skills successfully, removing the blue fully and granted me with beautiful even highlights. I am very grateful for this service, being in a professional and friendly environment. I had doubts about hairdressers but i gave Kirsten all my trust with my hair and i was very impressed with her work. She also gave me many samples of hair product, and recommended the best products for me. I highly recommend Kirsten to anyone who is weary about trusting hairdressers after bad experiences. She is very trusting and amazing at her work, showing quality service every time.
