I've only recently started purchasing online- which is easier than getting to my closest store and I have been impressed by the speed of the dispatch and shipping. The customer service communication is also great - last order one of the products was out of stock. I received an emailed advising me it would be a day or so and gave me options on how I could receive my order. I opted to wait for the the entrire order as I wasn't in a hurry and the full order was dispatched a few days later.

Went to get my bangs recut and left crying, I’ve never had such a bad f*cken haircut the Indian lady on butcher my hair, I left with it half on one side and she expected me to still pay after completely trashing my hair. I told her exactly what not to do and she don’t the complete opposite, never in my life have I got such a bad haircut my 6 year old brother could’ve done better.
