Quoted $18 at Westlakes for wash and fingers used only no brush 10min dry off and went to pay and charged $40!!!!! Hairdresser said oh yes it’s only l$18, payee lady said nope it’s $40 is what it is!! So rude and have made no contact to explain why it went up $22 from me being quoted exactly 1 week before $18 My hair left still damp underneath and above shoulder Bob cut fine hair!! Sent two contact forms-NO reply!!! Appalling!!! I want the $22 difference refunded! Contacted industry ombudsman also!!!! Receipt on my banking account!!!
