Ingle Farm was an absolute awful experience. The hairdresser had lack of knowledge, experience and didnt listen to my needs. Management said to return to fix hair and opportunity to 'trained her'. During appointment, manager left, leaving original hairdresser to fix my hair by herself. I left absolutely dissapointed - spagehtti bolognaise look. Went to Tea Tree Plaza to improve hair, what an absolute waste of time and money. Spent over $500 and left with hair I cringe at. Premium price for below average results.

My purchase arrived extremely quickly and both the product and service were great.

The staff are always helpful and because I am 2 hours from my nearest store, fast shipping means when I run out of product, I dont have to wait very long if I cannot make it into a store.
