had a problem with over coloured hair I had sought advice from many professionals but the best advice I was given was from the Manager at Brookside Mitchelton Price Attack the Manager was sooo helpful and her advice worked such a lovely person I was so happy I went into the store and certainly will b going in there again

The service i got from Kiley in your Bateau Bay store was just a amazing. I was after a particular product which was out of stock,I rang twice within a short period of time as I was really low on the product,Kiley informed me it was coming in but to help me out she said for me to come in and she would give a tube of what they were using in the salon,which was minimal but it got me through❤❤❤ The product came in,a lovely phone call to inform me and to top it off it was on a super special. Great friendly customer service❤❤❤

Sleek and quiet, the buttons on the side a in an awkward spot and I keep touching them and changing the heat setting but this could be reviewed when they develop version 2
