Wonderful product and very helpful staff.

The folks at Pretty Windows went above and beyond to provide me with the valances I purchased. It is not very often you deal with people that go out of their way to help you. I’ll buy from them again because of it!

Shopping on your on-line store was seamless and delivery was timely. I did not have an opportunity to have interaction with customer services but have no doubt it would be great! However, I did encounter an issue with the curtains being several different lengths making it difficult which I hope to address on another platform or with customer service.
