I am so thrilled with this valance! It’s even more beautiful than I expected and because I have been pleased with past orders, I took a chance and dint order a sample first. I can hardly say how delighted I am to find this. The quality is excellent in every way and the price very reasonable. I’m so happy not to have to pay for a local custom-made valance, which would cost hundreds more.

A lovely, well made valance! I used to make my own curtains and valances, but now I am delighted to find such beautiful ones available at a very reasonable price. I’m completely happy with the valance and have ordered another for a different room.

Ordering and shipping was fast and easy. My only problem was, you sent me me 3 valances and I wanted and paid for only 2! I called the number and I told a lady. I wanted to return the unnecessary 3 rd item- I am sure their stock needed it. I do not want to pay shipping for their mistake. She said, she would send a label. I have not received it after + week. Please send me a shipping label as I do not want to keep your product, nor do I want to pay for an item I don’t need or shipping at my expense.

I am very happy with my purchase of swags and jabot for my living room window. They were shipped perfectly packed so I just had to take them out and hang them up! They are made with quality materials which makes them look stunning! I highly recommend Pretty Windows!

I love the antique white color sample I received for the Empress valances I'm considering ordering. Now I'm torn between the Empress valance or choosing another valance that's caught my eye in the Pretty Windows online catalog. .
