Great guitar sound, great bluetooth streaming sound, from metal to Mozart, but unfortunately you cannot output and record the guitar sound to a computer. A serious firmware update is needed so as to connect the Neo via usb C to a computer to record in GarageBand or other DAWs or simply to use Bias FX and Bias Amp for further sonic exploration and fine tuning. Clearly if you do this update you will sell more software! It is great that I can play at night without disturbing anyone, but very frustrating that I cannot record what I play!
